HDDをあえて抜いて起動確認しましたが、正常に起動できました

メモリに展開しているので、メモリの不具合とかも考えられますね
もしくはUBCが正常に書き込み出来ていないとかも考えられます

メモリのテストとメディアを再度作ってみるがいいと思います

The PMAGIC_2013_08_01_.SQFS file could not be found.
Report this incident to the forum and if possible attach
a directory listing of the media.

Example:
mount /dev/sr0 /mnt
ls -lR /mnt

At least report the full path and name (including upper and lower case)
or the absence of any pmagic sqfs files.

You are now on the command line.
commands like "ls" , "cat" ,and "more" are at your disposal.
Use 〈Shift+PageUp/PageDown〉to scroll up and down.
When done type "exit" to reboot the system.

環境はwin7 64bit、オフラインです。
Windowsが開けなくなった為、https://pctrouble.net/software/testdisk_ubcd.htmlを参考にしました

イメージディスクの作成はwin10のマシンで行いました
HDDの障害で起動出来ないのでしょうか？
ご教授いただければ幸いです
